'Requirements for a Coherent Implementation of Steward Ownership Within the Law of Limited Liability Companies': A group of jurisprudents developed a draft law for a limited liability company under steward ownership. The aim was to prepare a concept of business ownership to solve problems arising from business succession and short-term profit maximization. The object of research is to ascertain the compatibility of the draft with German and European law and the modifications necessary to achieve such compatibility.
