Lehrer-Selbstwirksamkeit von Studierenden im Praxissemester - Eine quantitative Längsschnittstudie zum Einfluss von Unterrichtserfahrungen und Mentoring

Selbstwirksamkeit gilt als wichtige berufliche Ressource für Lehrer*innen. Die Studie untersucht, inwiefern Praxisphasen im Studium Veränderungen hinsichtlich der berufsbezogenen Selbstwirksamkeit bei Lehramtsstudierenden anstoßen können und fragt nach dem Einfluss eigener Unterrichtserfahrungen und der Begleitung durch Mentor*innen. Auf Basis der Theorie Banduras wurde eine quantitative Längsschnittstudie im Rahmen des Praxissemesters durchgeführt. Mit innovativen Ansätzen zur Messung (Scale for Teacher Self-Efficacy) und Datenauswertung (Strukturgleichungsmodelle) betrachtet die Studie sowohl Struktur und Veränderbarkeit der Selbstwirksamkeit als auch Einflussfaktoren wie Schwierigkeiten und deren Bewältigung beim Unterrichten, Beobachtungslernen und Rückmeldungen von Mentor*innen.
