'Internal and External Communication of the Management and Supervisory Board of a Stock Corporation': The thesis examines the systematics, limits and scope of the communication skills of the management and supervisory boards of a German, independent, listed stock corporation. The aim of this work is to contribute to the definition of legal communication rules for the administrative bodies of a stock corporation by systematically analysing the subject of the investigation.
