'Article 15 GDPR as an Information Lever in D&O Litigation': The author analyses how Art. 15 GDPR may impact the position of former directors and officers in D&O litigation. They regularly find themselves in a pronounced need for evidence. Against the background of the data protection jurisprudence of the European Court of Justice, the author shows that Art. 15 GDPR serves as an information lever in certain constellations by enabling a due diligence of personal datä in D&O litigation.
